Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to sit through a movie with your spouse and not be distracted by how much your back hurts from sitting? How about if you could check your blind spot when you’re driving without neck pain? Maybe it would be nice to be able to sleep through the night without your leg hurting or tingling?
These are all common symptoms that I see in patients on a daily basis. You don’t have to be in pain. There is no such thing as normal back pain. You don’t hurt because you are getting older. A muscle spasm or back sprain should go away in a few days. If you have persistent pain it’s time to call the experts. The doctor that spends his entire day working on spines and dealing with these issues. Yep, time to call your chiropractor. If you don’t have a chiropractor it’s time to find one. Everybody should have a good chiropractor, dentist, plumber and electrician. Always great to have them in a time of need.
I promise I won’t make you go on a diet, do a lot of goofy exercises or bring your spouse and give you a big lecture. Of course I have some really good exercises called Foundation Training for low back strengthening and stretching. Yes you look a little goofy doing them, but they are totally worth it! I would be more than happy to share them with you.
Stop living in pain and find out how much fun you can be, and quite frankly how much safer of a driver you can be. Trust me, everybody will appreciate that!
